Academic Mentor

We are seeking an Academic Mentor to work with individuals and groups of pupils to raise achievement, with a focus on pupils in receipt of the Pupil Premium.

Catering Assistant

We are looking for either an experienced Catering Assistant or an eager self-starter to be trained to produce quality food within a small team of staff. We are looking for a motivated person as the role includes a range of duties from food production to washing up and cleaning duties catering for approximately 1000 students a day. Training will be provided for applicants in food safety and food production skills and may lead to formal qualifications in the future.

Chemistry Teacher (maternity cover)

Required from January 2018

We are looking for an outstanding teacher to teach Chemistry.

Ripley is a large Church of England Academy with 1708 students on roll, 375 of whom are in the sixth form.  We were judged outstanding in every category in December 2011 and have been designated as a National Teaching School.

We are looking for a teacher to cover a maternity leave for a period of two terms from January 2018. Candidates need to be able to teach up to and including GCSE level.

Our young people are hardworking, very well behaved and eager to do well. If you wish to make your mark as a professional and develop yourself in a thriving learning community, I hope you will consider making an application for this post.
